FireCatt aligns its process with station routines so crews can maintain calls while equipment cycles through measured evaluations. For hoses NFPA 1962 hose testing defines the inspection and pressure steps along with criteria for jacket condition coupling retention and labeling that supports future tracing. The Mobile Test Lab uses computerized controls and barcoded tracking to record pressures and times without relying on manual gauges which helps create consistent reports for internal reviews and external auditors. As a fire hose testing company the team also coordinates nozzle and appliance checks during the same visit to limit extra handling. Departments can add ladder service when needed following NFPA 1932 protocols with documented load and hardware assessments.
