Oliver, born to an Austrian father and British mother, spent his life exploring diverse cuisines across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Together, they built Mangoes & Palm Trees to share their love for food and adventure. Their blog features authentic recipes, travel insights, and cultural stories, inspiring readers to experience the world through taste.
