Heating Services Ltd is a Gas Safe registered heating and plumbing firm that has been trading since 2008 and works from Limpsfield Chart, just outside Oxted in Surrey. Led by David, the team brings over 30 years of combined experience and the work is carried out by the company’s own engineers.

Domestic work is the backbone of the business: boiler installation, boiler repairs, boiler servicing, central heating, general plumbing and bathroom installation. New boiler installations carry warranty options of up to ten years, registered on completion, and repairs are covered for twelve months on both the part fitted and the labour. The firm sends a reminder when an annual service falls due, so the conditions attached to a warranty keep being met. Interest free finance is available on most new boiler installations, subject to status, so a replacement need not be paid for in one go.

There is a substantial commercial arm alongside it. The firm works with offices, shops, pubs, restaurants and managed properties on reactive repairs, pipework, washroom refits and planned maintenance, scheduling work around trading hours and staging it so facilities are not all out of use at the same time. Its commercial gas engineers hold the qualifications specific to the appliances involved, covering commercial boilers and plant, catering appliances, warm air and radiant heating, and the gas pipework and meter installations feeding them. Gas safety checks are carried out and certificates issued, with anything that failed set out plainly so it can be dealt with. Commercial boilers are sized on the real load of the building, often as a cascade of smaller units so output matches demand and the site is not left with nothing when one appliance goes down.
