Comprehensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
We’re not your typical behavioral health counseling center. Our programs are designed to provide a deeply personal, story-driven approach to healing and mental health. Here’s what we offer:

Partial Hospitalization Program
Our most intensive option outside of residential care. This structured program ensures you receive dedicated support and supervision throughout your treatment.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
With 3–5 hours of therapy a day, IOP is designed for those ready to make big changes in a short period. Our outpatient center in San Juan Capistrano provides the ideal setting for focused, impactful treatment.

Outpatient Treatment
Need help but still able to maintain some independence? This program offers regular visits for behavioral health care, including services for substance use disorders, in a way that works with your lifestyle.

Narrative Therapy at Story Wellness
