lona Nichterlein has 19 years of experience operating as an emotional health counsellor, hypnotherapist and psychotherapist in greater Canberra and its regions. Her qualifications include a Masters Degree in Counselling, Clinical Diploma of Hypnotherapy, certificated practitioner of The Emotion Code, Psych-K and Life Alignment. Ilona also holds a Masters qualification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.

Ilona delivers individualised programmes to each of her clients to resolve weight problems, relationship issues, addictions, phobias, and a wide range of other issues impacting their health and wellbeing.
